Before you book

Hair must be clean, fully detangled, and blow-dried before your appointment. We do not offer wash services. If your hair requires detangling or blowdrying, a £10 fee will be added. A 50% deposit is required to secure your slot and is non-refundable. Final payment is due by cash or bank transfer. Please arrive on time — a 10-minute grace period is allowed, after which a late fee of £15 will apply. Appointments may be cancelled if you’re over 20 minutes late and deposit not refundable. You may bring pre-stretched braiding hair only or request it in advance (extra cost). Add-ons like beads, curly ends, longer lengths, or small sizing may increase the final price.
