Cancellations within 72 hours incurs a fee. ✨ Arrivals: Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes to your appointmment . ✨ Pre-appointment Prep: For Lashes : Arrive with clean lashes, no makeup, and no oils to ensure the best results. - £10 will be charged for a lash bath if coming with makeup/mascara/glue For Braids Services - Arrive with clean, thoroughly detangled and blow dried hair - £10 charge applies if hair not properly prepped. ✨ Running Late? - Let us know—over 15 minutes may mean rescheduling or cancellation ✨ Deposits: Deposit secures your slot and is transferable, subject to conditions, but non-refundable.
