Before you book

To ensure a smooth experience for your child, please come with their hair clean, fully detangled, and blow-dried. We do not provide wash services, and a £15 detangling / blow drying fee will apply if hair is not properly prepped. Your child must be able to sit calmly for the duration of the appointment (typically 2–3 hours depending on the style). If the child becomes too distressed or uncooperative, the appointment may be paused or discontinued. Only one guardian may accompany the child during the service. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the appointment, with the remaining balance paid by cash or bank transfer on the day. Please arrive on time — lateness beyond 10 minutes incurs a £15 fee or cancellation. Prices are not inclusive of hair extensions. By booking, you agree to these terms.
