Before you book

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all lash appointments. Your deposit goes toward your final balance, which is due in full at your appointment via cash or bank transfer. You may reschedule once with at least 72 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and will require full payment before rebooking. Please arrive on time and with clean, makeup-free eyes. At Beauty by HM, every lash booking includes a free lash bath as part of your prep — however, if you arrive with eye makeup, mascara, strip lash glue, or residue, a £5 cleaning fee will be added. This is to ensure lash retention and maintain hygiene. If you still have lashes on from a previous set (even if they’re sparse or nearly gone), you must book a lash removal alongside your appointment. Removals take additional time and product, and if not booked in advance, an additional fee of £15 will apply on the day or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. We do not infill other lash techs’ work. If you have lashes from another technician, please book a removal and full set. Please avoid caffeine before your lash appointment, as it can cause fluttering and sensitivity. Also, avoid wearing contact lenses during your service, or bring a case to remove them. Late arrivals over 10 minutes may result in a £10 fee, and appointments may be cancelled after 20 minutes to avoid delays for other clients. For everyone’s comfort, no guests are allowed unless previously arranged. You may request a patch test if you’re a new client or have any concerns.
